Junior Moose Fall Lacrosse Clinic

Overview

The Junior Moose Fall Lacrosse Clinic provides a fun and safe environment for players to learn the fundamentals of the game and to develop the skills and techniques necessary to become better lacrosse players.

Coached by the Westtown School varsity head coach, Max Rosner, and his staff, this camp will include a combination of position-specific drills such as shooting, dodging, defensive footwork and checking, along with team concepts and strategies.

Registration

Players can either register by sending a check and completed brochure via mail or register in person on the day of the clinic.

Location

The clinic will be held on the Oak Lane Fields at the Westtown School on Saturday, October 8, 2016. Players should plan to arrive around 12:30 pm so they can complete registration, get dressed, and meet the coaching staff. If there is inclement weather, the clinic will be held inside the Westtown Athletic Center.

Equipment

All players will be responsible for bringing their own lacrosse equipment. Equipment should include: helmet, stick, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, mouth guard, and protective cup. Players should plan on bringing both cleats and sneakers so they are prepared whether we are inside or outside. Water will be provided, and we will have an athletic trainer on staff.
