Data- Driven Change
This year there are three seniors who are receiving the Certificate in Data-Driven Change: David Feng, Kevin Huynh, and Lindsey Turner. David has used mathematical modeling to support arguments in English and web software in support of a not-for-profit organization. Kevin has also used mathematical modeling to predict changes in the trucking industry while estimating personal stress for people as a function of their living environments. Lindsey has used innovative software to address robotics challenges, to support our Westtown weekend residential life program, and to build community at Westtown during this pandemic through creative, artistic, and unique systems. All of the presentations by the students dramatically capture the wide range of interests and intellectual work they have pursued. All of us can learn from David, Kevin, and Lindsey as they share their highlights and learnings in Data-Driven Change.

Sam Hu has worked across a diverse range of entrepreneurship endeavors, both in class and in programs afield, to deeply understand the challenges of people and develop solutions to help them become agentic in their own work. We hope you will be inspired and learn from Sam as he shares the highlights and learnings of his Deep Dive with you.
Global Leadership
The Global Leadership Certificate seeks to prepare scholars who successfully engage in the intellectual and action-based pursuit of language acquisition and cultural understanding as imperatives to becoming a global citizen. The Global Leadership Certificate recognizes students who have pursued an interdisciplinary program at Westtown School that focuses on the application of language acquisition and the acquisition of a panoramic cultural acumen. The end result will be an authentic and action-based experience that approaches global issues through linguistic and cultural perspectives as a way to attain cultural exchange, social justice, and stewardship of a global society. We hope you will be inspired and learn from Kavi Gandhi, Stephanie Hanchak, Bini Lee, and Mia Melendez-Ruiz as they share the highlights and learnings of their Deep Dives with you.
