As part of the Farm & Forest curriculum, first-graders have been engaged in their tracking unit. They’re learning about animal behaviors and to read the land. Snow or not, first-graders go with Teacher Chris Costa to the lake every Friday to observe seasonal differences in the landscape, animal signs, and lake conditions.
