2016 BREAKING NEWS

Breaking News for 2016 Day Camp Programs

  • Westtown School has applied for American Camp Association Accreditation. What does this mean for campers and their families?  Seeking ACA accreditation means that a camp is taking measures to document compliance within six overarching categories of management standards, to train all staff to meet the standards to ensure the highest quality of food safety and sanitation, hiring practices, water safety, health and well being, programming and management.
  • Lunch will now be served in the main building dining hall.  This will allow for a wider array of food selection and will teach students more about Westtown's commitment to sustainability, composting and community.
  • Archery has been added to this year's camp activities
  • Overnight Camping will now be offered as an optional activity every Thursday night (weather permitting) for rising 3rd - 6th grade
