Checks: Make payable to Westtown School with “Westtown Fund” written in the memo line. Please send checks to 975 Westtown Road, West Chester, PA 19382-5700.

Independent schools depend on philanthropic gifts to expand and enhance the programs they offer. The Westtown Fund provides unrestricted income which helps pay for the day-to-day operating expenses of the school. From buying new plates for the dining room to purchasing new computer programs to enhance the learning experience of our students, the Westtown Fund makes Westtown possible.
The annual Westtown Fund campaign begins shortly after the beginning of the school year with a letter detailing the campaign and pledge card. Each year's campaign ends on the last day of Westtown's fiscal year, June 30th.
Westtown mails three solicitations and several email appeals during the annual campaign year. Once you have made your contribution, you will be removed from future mailing/email lists for that appeal year.

High levels of participation shows the greater community that our constituents are willing to invest in the lives of today’s Westonians. It signals that our community has confidence in the mission of the school and in our strategic plan. It also demonstrates to foundations that our community is strong, united, and worthy of outside support.
Yes! Many employers have a matching gift policy and will match charitable contributions made by their employees. If your employer offers this benefit, please submit your company's required form to us and we will process on your behalf.

Designated Giving: Single- or multi-year gifts are designated to support specific goals, programs, and projects identified by the Board of Trustees in the School’s Strategic Plan. Click here for more information about supporting Endowed Funds
Planned Giving: Estate gifts are the foundation of Westtown’s endowment and capital projects and provide long-term financial stability for the school.
Reunion Giving: While all classes are encouraged to give generously to the Westtown Fund, particularly during each fifth year reunion, alumni celebrating their 50th or 25th Reunion can also make donations to a restricted purpose.
Volunteer: The school depends on the many volunteers who make gifts of their time to support the school. There are a variety of great ways to parents, grandparents, and alumni to give back to Westtown through volunteer work.
All pledges must be paid in full at the close of our fiscal year, June 30th.
Westtown School is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, therefore your gift is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law as determined by the IRS. A letter of recognition will be provided to acknowledge your gift. Please retain these letters for tax purposes.
