Basketball - Varsity (Boys)

Signup for an alert reminder.

The varsity program at Westtown plays a competitive schedule against a combination of top high schools and a number of independent schools each year. Some of our players go on to play college basketball at the Division 1, 2 or 3 level. Our program's goals are first and foremost to prepare our athletes through skill development, a strength and flexibility program, and a rigorous schedule.

Each season, the team travels to play pre-conference tournaments in December, exposure events throughout the season, and in the highly competitive Friends Schools League and Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools end of season tournament (PAISAA).

In the past 10 years, Westtown has compiled a 203-75 record. The team won its first Friends Schools League title in 26 years in 2012, and more FSL titles in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. In those years, the team also reached the PAISAA finals, winning the state title in 2016 and 2017.

Our alumni often go on to play ball in college and university.
