Middle School's After School Program

MooseTracks: Creating productive transitions from school to home.

MooseTracks provides a structured environment that both encourages the development of responsible study skills,  nurtures peer-to-peer socialization. At the end of the school day, students have 30 minutes to check in with MooseTracks staff at the Belfry and to receive MooseBucks for snack. This time period allows students to decompress from the day, socialize, and relax.

At 4:00 p.m., staff and students move to the Learning Resource Center for a guided study-skills hour with Teacher Dot. In this structured setting, students are encouraged to be self-directed in completing daily homework assignments and to increase their long-term planning skills. After 5:00 p.m., students use Quaker decision-making to decide how the group will spend the next hour of free time. Free play might be a basketball game, a walk around campus, or attending a sporting event on campus.

Parents may pick up their children at any time before or by 6:00 p.m.

2019 - 2020 Fees
