After School – MooseKids

MooseKids – building confidence, making new friends, developing new skills, and discovering new interests.

The MooseKids after-school program provides a safe and nurturing environment for children attending Westtown’s Lower School. Children enrolled in the program have an opportunity to participate in both structured and self-directed activities with the MooseKids staff and other professional enrichment activity providers. MooseKids is also a time for students who have homework to participate in Study Club and work on their homework with the help of a MooseKids staff member. A healthy snack is provided daily. Don’t miss out!

MooseKids Plans: 

Yearly Plan (until 6:00 p.m.):
This plan provides after-school care for students in Primary Circle through 5th grade from 3:30 until 6:00 p.m. on regular school days. This plan offers the best overall value and can be paid in installments over the course of the year, on a monthly basis, or in full at the beginning of the school year.

Yearly Plan (until 5:00 p.m.):
Enjoy the same benefits as the 6:00 p.m. plan, with a scheduled pick-up time of 5:00 p.m.

Daily Drop-In Rate:
Families who need occasional after-school care may choose the Daily Drop-In option for $30.00 per day. Families can select the days their child will attend MooseKids each month by completing a Google form. With this program, students can attend after-school programs on an as-needed basis. Invoices will be generated at the beginning of each month, and the balance will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

Extended MooseKids Coverage:
View the MooseKids Extended Coverage Calendar, which happens on some holidays or off days throughout the school year. On dates marked with an asterisk (*), a minimum of 10 registered students is required for the program to operate. Families will receive registration emails for extended coverage days at the beginning of each month in “MooseKids Monthly”, the after-school programs monthly newsletter. However, registration for all extended coverage days remains open throughout the school year, allowing families to sign up at any time before the registration deadline.

Enrichment:
Enrichment classes are offered three times a year in eight-week sessions. Students learn to play tennis, brush up on their dancing skills, or even learn the art of Turkish metalsmithing — our enrichment program has something for everyone.

Pricing 2025-2026

MooseKids ends promptly at 6:00 p.m. A flat-rate charge of $25.00 will be charged for late pick-up, and an additional $1.00/minute will be added after 6:10 p.m.
