Fast facts about our Financial Aid Program:

We use a system called Clarity to help us assess what a family can contribute towards the tuition.
Merit scholarships are available.
Aid for Quaker boarding students is available.
Deadlines:
- Returning Families: December 15th
- New Families: January 15th
- Applications after this date may be considered but Westtown’s ability to provide an award may be constrained

How to apply

Complete the application via Clarity by the due date (Returning families: December 15th or new families: January 15th)
New families, indicate your interest in applying for financial aid on the Westtown School application for admission
A new financial aid application is required every year and grants can change year-to-year based on changes in financial status

For those who file taxes outside the United States

All applications can be submitted via Clarity
- Those who file taxes in Canada will be able to use Clarity’s process for accessing tax documents
- All others, upload to Clarity tax returns from your country, proof of income from your employer, and copies of bank statements for all bank accounts (checking, savings, money market, and other investment accounts)
Large financial aid awards for students living outside the United States are not common but do occur.
