Arts

Arts are integral to every student’s development, and the visual and performing arts are an essential part of Westtown’s educational program and community life. Gifts to this area support collaboration and the creative process and opportunities in all three divisions for creative exploration, performance, and the joy of self-expression.

Athletics

Competitive team sports and a vibrant athletic program are central to the Westtown experience and designed to meet students where they are. Our program offers the opportunity for our students to be active, have fun, and develop fundamental skills that lead to a healthy and physically active life. Gifts to Athletics support our ability to purchase equipment and uniforms, maintain our fields and practice spaces, and support our athletic faculty and coaching staff to benefit our teams and physical education program.

Building an Anti-Bias, Anti-Racist (ABAR) Community

We have pledged to build an anti-bias, anti-racist (ABAR) community at Westtown, and to deepen and expand our work in diversity, equity, inclusion, and access prioritized by our new Strategic Vision. This initiative requires a significant financial investment in human resources, outside experts, and programs to guide and advise our process.

Financial Aid

Many Westtown families experience financial burdens that require assistance to make a Westtown education possible. Our financial aid program reflects a special dedication to fostering a community that is enriched and strengthened by diversity, Quakers, children of alums, and students with gifts and passions. Your gift to Financial Aid provides scholarship support to our families.

Full-Access

Even with financial aid, there are students for whom a complete Westtown experience is inaccessible. The Full-Access Fund provides grants to students from Primary Circle through 12th grade for expenses not covered by tuition. The Fund enables students with significant financial need to participate fully in all aspects of a Westtown education by supporting programs and activities such as tutoring, music lessons, school-sponsored travel and field trips, Senior Projects, athletic and school supplies, and much more.

Technology

Gifts to Technology help ensure that all of our students and faculty are provided with the technology essential to a Westtown education. Gifts support our entire network, including software, multimedia applications, audio visual components, computer programs and updated equipment.
